CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTING


Students learn the fundamentals of patient care and skills necessary for entry level employment in health care facilities such as nursing homes, hospitals and home health care. Second Semester of the first year, students begin clinical where they will be working directly with patients providing personal/hygiene care in a nursing home setting. Second year students continue with a combination of clinical experience and classroom instruction.
