The Rochester Area Workers' Compensation Plan provides for the coordination of a self-funded workers' compensation program regulated by the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. Provides workers' compensation coverage to the employees of participating districts at the same level provided by an insurance company.
Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES serves as the coordinator and treasurer of the plan.
The cost is shared by participating districts.
