CQ Researcher Archive

For a one-time fee, libraries can elect to purchase the back file and maintain archival rights to articles, reports and online editions until cancellation. Perpetual Rights allow the library to purchase, rather than subscribe to databases and some perpetual rights products also come with a lower annual ongoing update cost. Libraries that elect to add perpetual rights to the CQ Press online titles below pay a one-time fee to purchase the back file for each collection. Ongoing costs are also reduced from standard subscription rates and include unlimited users. In the event, the library elects to discontinue the annual updates; the library maintains archival rights to the entire back file as long as the annual hosting fee is paid.
