In accordance with the Strategic Plan of BOCES 2, the goal of Human Resources is to recruit, develop and hold accountable, qualified personnel committed to our vision. The Human Resources Department provides support to all departments involved in hiring and is responsible for a number of services to our employees, including those in the areas of:

• Monroe County Civil Service Rules and Regulations
• NYS Teachers' and Employees' Retirement Systems
• Practices and Procedures
• Title IX
• Web Recruitment
• Coaching Certification Program
