The Purchasing Department has responsibility for all functions related to the purchase of supplies, equipment and services at Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES. The Purchasing Department is always interested in developing new vendors that can serve our participating districts with competitive prices.

The cost saving Cooperative Bid Program is coordinated by the Purchasing Department and issues bid awards for over $10,000,000 each year. Local area Monroe County and Orleans County school districts use Cooperative Bids to obtain supplies and equipment. In addition to this program over sixty school districts participate in a statewide bid to obtaining materials and equipment related to the Project Lead the Way pre-engineering program. 

Bid Opportunities

Vendors are encouraged to submit bids for award consideration. Bid specifications and documents can be obtained through the Western NY Purchasing Group Web site.
