Holiday spirit shines at SEPTO Santa event

Holiday cheer was on display in Spencerport on Saturday, Dec. 2 thanks to the Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES Special Education Parent Teacher Organization (SEPTO). SEPTO hosted local families for Snacks, Story Time and Singing with Santa inside the BOCES 2 Professional Development Center on the Big Ridge Road campus. Children shared their wish lists with Santa, crafted holiday decorations, listened to stories and sang carols. Parents also did some holiday shopping at the SEPTO Book Fair. Both events are fundraisers for SEPTO which coordinates events for families throughout the school year. Members of the Rochester West Central Kiwanis volunteered at the event serving food to attendees and helping with activities.
