We celebrated the graduation of 11 Westside Academy seniors on June 11, 2018. The ceremony was attended by special guests BOCES 2 District Superintendent Jo Anne Antonacci and Asst. Superintendent Tim Dobbertin, BOCES 2 Board President Dennis Laba and Board member Michael May. Principal Martha Willis introduced guest speakers and Westside Academy counselors Sandy DiStefano and Donna Cimino, who spoke of the importance of supporting and building close relationships with students. Proud teachers told stories about each of the graduates special to them. The highlight of the evening was a wonderful video showing a humorous glimpse into a future reunion.
It was great to see so many proud families, parents and friends after the ceremony. We wish all of our graduates the very best as they go forward into life.
