The New York State Education Department recently approved three additional pathway assessments. The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Arabic was added to the Department-Approved Pathway Assessments in Languages Other Than English and the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) 21st Century Skills for Workplace Success and Employability Skills assessments were added to the Department-Approved Pathway Assessments in Career Development and Occupational Studies (CDOS).
