February is recognized as Career and Technical Education Month, shining a spotlight on the many ways students benefit from CTE programs. Here at WEMOCO, we’re using CTE Month as an opportunity to launch a spotlight series on the students doing exciting work in our programs, here.  

Every Wednesday, we will feature one of our students on our CTE at WEMOCO social media accounts- allowing the students to explain what drew them to their program and what they love most about CTE. Tune in to our #WEMOCOWednesday hashtag to stay up to date on students who have been featured.

In addition to the weekly student recognition, there will also be monthly spotlight pieces. One of those spotlights will highlight something exciting happening in our New Visions program. Another will draw attention to our students taking advantage of our School to Work opportunities, preparing for their career by getting experience out in the workforce.
