Monroe County has released 3 revised algorithms containing the most recent protocols for isolation and quarantine. Please review each algorithm carefully. We wish we could neatly summarize the algorithms, however, each represents a different scenario with different steps based on vaccination status. When you find yourself in a scenario, you should consult the appropriate algorithm and follow the precise steps based on your vaccination status.  

Monroe County and most of the surrounding counties have moved to self-reporting for positive at-home COVID tests and/or isolation/quarantine order requests. Below are links to the various county websites.
