This book study is for participants to explore best practices in dual language education. Participants will gain an understanding of the Foundations of Teaching for Biliteracy, Capitalize and Honor Multilingualism, Plan Strategic Use of Two Languages, and Strengthen Connections between Languages. This is an ASYNCHRONOUS course on Schoology for 13 CTLE credits. An optional meeting date will allow participants to earn 2 CTLE credits for a total of 15 CTLE credits. A survey will be shared to determine a meeting date/time. The course description and survey will be e-mailed on the start date of the course. The first 8 participants to register will receive a free book. All others will need to purchase the book individually.
