Description:
Excitement is building in New York State for the upcoming total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024! Starting shortly after 2pm the path of the eclipse will cover 124-miles from Niagara Falls to the Adirondacks.

The Monroe RIC is excited to host Dan Schneiderman, Eclipse Partnership Coordinator, from the Rochester Museum and Science Center in Rochester, NY. Dan's presentation is for all K-12 educators - administrators, teachers, librarians, and support staff. He will share resources, activities, and books that educators can utilize to help educate students about the April 2024 total solar eclipse. Let's start planning on how we can make the day memorable for our students!

Enroll here (on Frontline) for CTLE credit. Event will be held on Zoom.
