Supply and Service Bids

ATHLETIC AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION SUPPLIES
The Athletic and Physical Education Supplies Bid is opened in the spring of each year. The bid provides a useful list of supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's teachers and staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications.  Bid prices are held constant for one year. 

AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION SERVICE
The Audio-Visual Equipment and Installation Service bid is opened each fall.  The bid provides an awarded bidder to complete installation services at stipulated hourly rates as well as a cost which includes a markup for parts used to complete services.  The bid is awarded to the lowest service provider who provides the overall lowest cost for service which includes stipulated hourly rates and parts used for service.  The bid prices are held constant from October 1st through November 30th.

BUILDING SUPPLIES
The Building Supplies Bid is opened in the fall of each year. The bid provides retail store access for lumber, plumbing and electrical supplies as well as other supplies for a 12 month contract covering January 1st through December 31st each year.  The bid is awarded to one retail store who is the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications.  

BUS PARTS
The Bus Parts Bid is opened in the summer of each year. The bid provides a useful list of bus parts that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. The bid prices are held constant for one year.  

CUSTODIAL SUPPLIES
The Custodial Supplies Bid is opened in the fall of each year. The bid provides a useful list of custodial supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's Operations and Maintenance Staff or Custodial Staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for one year.  

CLASSROOM SUPPLIES
The Classroom Supplies Bid is opened in the spring of each year. The bid provides a useful list of office supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's teachers and office staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for one year.  

ELECTRICAL REPAIR SERVICE
The Electrical Repair Service bid is opened each fall.  The bid provides an awarded bidder to complete maintenance and repair services at stipulated hourly rates as well as a cost which includes a markup for parts used to complete services.  The bid is awarded to the lowest service provider who provides the overall lowest cost for service which includes stipulated hourly rates and parts used for service.  The bid prices are held constant from January 1st through December 31st.

FINE PAPER SUPPLIES
The Fine Paper Supplies Bid is opened in the spring and fall of each year. The bid provides a useful list of paper supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's teachers and office staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for a six-month delivery period.  

FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICE
The Food Service Equipment Repair Service bid is opened each fall. The bid provides an awarded bidder to complete maintenance and repair services at stipulated hourly rates as well as a cost which includes a markup for parts used to complete services. The bid is awarded to the lowest service provider who provides the overall lowest cost for service which includes stipulated hourly rates and parts used for service. The bid prices are held constant from January 1st through December 31st.

HEALTH  AND SAFETY SUPPLIES
The Health & First Aid Supplies Bid is opened in the fall of each year. The bid provides a useful list of health supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's School Nursing Offices and staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for one year.  

HVAC REPAIR SERVICE
The HVAC Repair Service bid is opened each fall.  The bid provides an awarded bidder to complete maintenance and repair services at stipulated hourly rates as well as a cost which includes a markup for parts used to complete services.  The bid is awarded to the lowest service provider who provides the overall lowest cost for service which includes stipulated hourly rates and parts used for service.  The bid prices are held constant from January 1st through December 31st.

MAGAZINES
The Magazine Bid is opened in the winter of each year. The bid provides a useful list of magazines and periodicals that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's librarian, teachers or staff. The bid is presently awarded on an aggregate basis to one bidder who is the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for one year.  

MEDICAL TRAINER SUPPLIES
The Medical Trainer Supplies Bid is opened in the fall of each year. The bid provides a useful list of office supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's teachers and office staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for one year.  

OFFICE SUPPLIES

The bid provides a useful list of office supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's teachers and office staff. The Pest Control Service bid is opened each spring.   The bid is awarded to the lowest service provider who provides the overall lowest cost for service which includes stipulated hourly rates  for service.  The bid prices are held constant from July 1st through June 31st.

PLUMBING REPAIR SERVICE
The Plumbing Repair Service bid is opened each fall.  The bid provides an awarded bidder to complete maintenance and repair services at stipulated hourly rates as well as a cost which includes a markup for parts used to complete services.  The bid is awarded to the lowest service provider who provides the overall lowest cost for service which includes stipulated hourly rates and parts used for service.  The bid prices are held constant from January 1st through December 31st.

POOL SUPPLIES
The Pool Supplies Bid is opened in the summer of each year. The bid provides a useful list of pool supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district needs. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for one year.

PRINTER SUPPLIES
The Printer Supplies Bid is opened in the fall of each year. The bid provides a useful list of pool supplies that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's teachers and staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for one year.  

NATURAL GAS
The Natural Gas Bid is opened in the fall or spring of each year. The bid provides a transportation gas supplier for the twelve-month contract period covering a school year beginning July 1st of each year. The bid is presently awarded on an aggregate basis to one bidder who is the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications.

ELECTRICITY
The Electricity Bid is opened in the fall of each year.  The bid provides an electricity supply list for a twelve-month contract period covering January 1st to December 31st each year.  The bid is awarded to one supplier who is the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications.
