MUSICAL EQUIPMENT
The Music Equipment Bid is opened in the spring of each year. The bid provides a useful list of musical equipment items that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's Music teachers and staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant through December 31st.
MULTIMEDIA/AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT
The Multimedia/Audio Visual Equipment Bid is opened in the fall of each year. The bid provides a useful list of equipment (i.e., digital cameras, VCRs, video monitors, etc.) that can be obtained at the lowest competitive prices and used for participating district's teachers and staff. The bid is presently awarded by line item to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all required bid specifications. Bid prices are held constant for one year.
