Federal and New York State law requires employers post certain information regarding employee rights at the workplace, such as rights related to FMLA, EEOC, expressing breast milk, and minimum wage. The U.S. and New York State Department of Labor can audit school districts to ensure compliance. 

We have compiled these postings into five (5) panels. These five panels, which are provided to school districts who purchase the Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES Labor Relations Service, are now provided separately at a cost to non-member districts. The Labor Relations Service created and owns the proprietary rights to these five panel postings. Each of the five panel postings contains multiple required postings, and is categorized by areas of law. These panels are made of unlaminated, heavyweight paper, the largest measuring 18" by 24". These panels are either sold as a bundle of five, or on a one-panel replacement basis.
