Georgia Pacific Foundation Grants

Established in 1958, the Georgia-Pacific Foundation sets aside resources to improve life in the communities where we operate. We’ve worked with thousands of outstanding community-based programs, service projects and disaster relief efforts, focusing our investment in four areas we believe make the most impact: education, environment, enrichment and entrepreneurship.

NOTE: They have a facility in Batavia.

Contributions have helped fund public school robotics and reading programs, college scholarships, job training initiatives, equipment for local fire departments, conservation programs (such as The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and Wisconsin’s Trees for Tomorrow) and educational programs for young, female and minority entrepreneurs. Grants have also supported local chapters of charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, United Way and the Salvation Army.

Among other criteria, your organization or facility must be located within 30 miles of a Georgia-Pacific manufacturing community. (NOTE: The closest facility to Rochester is in Batavia. )
