M.A.A.R.S. provides preprinted Science 4 & 8 answer sheets for schools.
Answer sheet directions are posted on a separate web page noted in the left menu column and are sent out to all schools with their pre-printed answer sheets.
After test administration and scoring, the NYS Science 4 & 8 answer sheets are sent to us for scanning, processing (including final scoring) and reporting to the data warehouse. Note: final scoring of these exams is done by M.A.A.R.S. not by a vendor.
Once the processing and reporting of all Science answer sheets is completed, M.A.A.R.S. will create and provide the following reports to schools and districts via our SFTP site (notification of the reports posted will be sent out to all schools when they are done) ...
