Each summer MAARS offers individual school End of Year (EOY) sessions. During these 2 hours sessions we will review all of your district's data that is due for the EOY August deadline. We will closely review your Data Quality Report Card in the WNYRIC Regional Data Warehouse. We will go over NYSED's End of Year Reporting Guide to ensure your district or school is meeting all data reporting requirements. We will help you resolve any data reporting errors in Level 0 and Level 1. We encourage DDCs to bring their data questions, issues and concerns to the session. At the end of the session we will provide you with a list of tasks that need to be completed by the EOY reporting due date.
End of Year sessions are conducted via ZOOM meeting. Invites are sent out prior to each meeting and DDCs are encouraged to invite addition school personnel.
End of the Year sessions begin in July and run through early August so that District Data Coordinators have time to complete all reporting tasks before the EOY reporting deadline. Registration is required and instructions will be communicated in the MAARS Weekly Digest in June.
