PLEASE NOTE: This is an UPDATE, not a new notification. This individual has lived at this address for an extended amount of time and is not new to the home address listed. It was determined that at his last update with law enforcement something in his history may have changed, like a work address or different vehicle. That change would generate the new notification and thus our inclusion here on this notification page.
